Prerequisites: Algebra I
This course is an introduction to computer programming. The student will learn how software programs communicate with the computer, become familiar with BASIC syntax, and practice accepted programming methods. Logic and mathematical knowledge will be required to solve programming problems using constants, variables, arrays, and objects within conditional branches, loops, and functions.
